X5 E70 Glovebox CD Changer Remover

Can anyone point me at advice or give instructions on how to remove the OEM fitted CD changer in the glovebox. I need to install a dension 500 but have fallen at the first hurdle (ie remove changer ) - thanks

This is for DVD changer but same principle should apply for Cd changer...
