Are the new diesels selling?

Just noticed this on the finance offers section at BMW USA ...

BMW North America

Both the 3 series diesel and X5 diesel have raised their financing interest rates .... 4.9% and 5.9% respectively. This could be a indicator that the cars are in demand.
