Panorama Moonroof Railing

Hi,

My used 2008 X5 had the panorama moonroof replaced before I bought it. Attached are the pictures of the railing from the driver's side looking above the passenger's side moonroof railing.

My question is, is it normal that the railing is exposed like that or is there a cover for the railing.

No. There should be a plastic piece, looks like an accordian from top to bottom of the railing.

Thanks for the quick reply. Anyone wants to share pictures on what it should look like ? I'm going to bring it to the dealer back for other issues.

Just have the dealer show you an X on the floor.
