If I could do it over again, I'd go with Sapphire Black. I had a metallic black ML, and while it was difficult to keep clean, it was the best looking.

I've always thought nothing looks better than a black BMW (don't care what model).

I have a black 07' X5 and a silver 02' 330i....both are solid colors. However, I wouldn't worry too much about black because either way you ending up having to wash your car every week. Damn brake dust is never ending. Thank god I have a brand new $4 drive through car wash just around the corner!

My X's will never experience a drive through car wash.:D They have never done a better job than me;), and not worth any risk of scratching imo.

Today I looked at mine from the front porch of
a friend. It was sparkling like diamonds.
Conclusion? You would be crazy not to get it......

Makes you wonder why the marketing dept. didn't call the two colors..

Since you decided with the color then if you can go with 215 ferric grey... IMO its the best combo with black... you will not regret it... I have 214 and I would kill for 215...
