How do i find the parts numbers for...
 

I have a 2007 made 3.0d. I got into a small collision about a week ago (i had posted some photos)

I need some help guys. I have been getting quotations from dealers and the price varies quite a bit.

I would like to find the part numbers for the front left headlamp (this is bi xenon right?), for the front left fender, the front left wheel arc and the front bumper.

I would be highly grateful for anyone that can tell me what the part numbers are or a way to find out.
