Best DIY way to tint rear bumper reflector

Any ideas as to the best way to DIY tint the red rear bumper reflectors ? Anyone done this themselves and what product did you use ? Thanks!!!!

polepositions rear bumper reflectors are blacked out, not sure if it is a DIY though
