It was a B!atch to to drill holes on th brake pedal.... only broke 6 Titanium drill bits:yikes: to make the holes.:D

Looks nice!

Yeah. Drilling the brake pad was a pain. After breaking 1 bit, I used my smallest bit to make the initial hole, then used progressive larger bits to enlarge that hole to the right size.

Thats the method i used;). That should be the only way to bore a hole through that metal:thumbup:. My Titanium drill bits were just no match:D

Nice work. I wanted to get these too, but since I got the floor liner instead of the rubber mats I can't put these in.

Looks great.

Here is a pic of what the liner looks like installed (from ebay pic)

The liner covers about 1/8 of the accelerator and almost half of the dead pedal. It would be kind of pointless to change the "look" of the pedals. I say I won't do it, but I'm almost out of things to do with my truck. LOL:cool:

Looking good Tambalolong, certainly makes a nice clean look.

Strange I had the same problem with my Titanium drill bits as well, after breaking three of them I used the normal high speed steel bits and they cut straight through like butter.

Thank you:D, recommended drill bit speed for cutting through metal is a slow 500 rpm. Titanium is a stronger material but Copper takes longer and better against overheating. The heat combined with pressure are whats causing titanium to break.
