Is it the correct OEM TPMS?

Can someone verifty that if this is the OEM TPMS (BERU) installed on E70?
If this this is correct OEM one. Anyone knows who got better price. Ebay here selling for $199. Also, Do I need to buy any adapter if I am going to install this on replica 214 style rims?

Tirerack.com sells these (set of 4) with stem for $196. You'll have to call them to order, they don't show it on their website.
