SPORT!! :D
okay so we have two sport modes
one of them is the button and one of them is on the gear shift is the button for the suspension? and the trans for the engine? anyone know tell me what you think :D |
I think you answered both your questions!!
As far as i know for the sport button (because I don't have it) you are right..it tightens the suspension for sport driving.. as far as the sport mode on your trans again you are right it holds the gear shift longer and the driving is sport.. but IMO the best way to drive your X if you want sport is in Manual shift mode... |
Yes, and Yes.

after driving more with the sport button on and off, I can tell the difference now... I can't exactly feel it ;) , but I can hear it in the bumps in the road. With it off, it is definitely easier on bumps, a bit more give (though it does sound unstable and all-over-the-place under there). Don't know exactly how to describe it. I don't race the thing so couldn't tell you anything about how it corners while doing 70 with vs without sport. ;)

What I've noticed is that while driving at higher speeds (80+) on the freeway, with the sports button off, you feel slightly more lift when the road suddenly dips. With the button on (through the same section of road), the car feels tighter, stiffer and less bouncy. Not really a huge difference, but I like driving with the button on. Feels slightly firmer ride.
