So I see 20's with and without spacers - any ride quality differences?
Also, what do you do for winter?

Cheers

Ride quality is very similar. Winters in downstate NY aren't that bad... snows maybe 5 times a season though last year was worse. I still didn't have any trouble driving through the few inches in these all season (Mud & Snow rated) Toyos. Not recommended for Canada year-round though.

Original pics at the beginning, and then with 214's at the end of the thread. Good luck !

I noticed two things with my 35d and the 214's.

1. There is more road noise from the tires.
2. Fuel consumption is reduced.

That's a good point about the road noise - nice pics BTW.

When you say "fuel consuption is reduced", do you mean you MPG actually increases? or MPG is reduced? (I would guess the latter)

Any by how much, approx.?

Yes ... poor choice of words on my behalf. I meant that MPG actually is reduced. At a estimate I would say as much as 2 MPG for highway driving.

Ever since I put the 214's on, my fuel consumption on the highway is at best 24.5 mpg. With the older wheels/tires I could creep up to 26.5 mpg with similar load/driving style.
