Source/Cost for replacement keyfobs?
 

Think I lost or misplaced one of my keyfobs - anyone have a cheaper than dealer source? Can you purchase one on eBay and have it reprogramed? Thanks.

I guess my question is: Even if you can reprogram the key fob, are you ok with not having the pull out key match your car? Or do you think the dealer can make a valet key for you too.

I know the dealer can possibly program your fob, but not sure about the valet key.

dealer is the way to go. get a key cut and programmed for 200$ plus labor. i think .5 hrs.

have to show proof of ownership. reg / insurance / license...

i recently had two remote keys made for my car cause i was tired of the inconsistent working of the keys.

Fortunately it isn't an issue anymore since I called around to several places my wife and I went last week and someone found it fortunately.
