Painted lower trim black....
 

Car is dirty.. bad dust storms here in Sydney and just back from a drive down the coast.. but I painted the lower silver trim black...still yet to change the lower mesh trim to black as well... I'll shine it up with some Dodo Juice Purple haze and take a few more pics later...

can you please post a pic of the hall front, from a little further back to see how it matches with rest of the car...

truthfully, i'm not a fan. I really like the silver i think it gives it a nice look. now it looks like a non sport pkg 3.0

I'll see how it grows on me.. I still have all the original parts to change it back to titanium for all grilles and trim.....

btw if I wanted my X to look like everyone elses I'd also buy 214's ... :stickpoke

maybe it's just me but most E70s I see on the road are the non-sport wheels, 3.0 or 4.8. Many people just don't care as long as they have a BMW family hauler. Hell, look at how many have filthy front rims and just leave it. *shrug* Forum members like us who care so much are few and far between in the grand scheme so I wouldn't say it's all that common.

In Sydney just about everyone has them.. I'm waiting on a new design 20" style as I like the 128's but don't want to go to 21" and I don't want to put 227M on my non M-sport !!!!
