Afer Nav Update my CD will not work!
 

I have 2004' x5, just opdated Nav os about a month ago, looks great! But, I have a 6 disc in the back and when I switch to the mode for cd on the nav, it says "no cds." Could this because of the update?

I brought it in to Bmw of Sarasota, who is terrible by the way. They said I have to replace the whole unit!!!

I thought it had to do with the update, since the problem occured right afterwards.

Any suggestions,

Pull the cartridge, put in some new CD's.
The unit may be stuck looking for CD.
