Park Ave sucks!!!!
I was a repeat customer and when my leases where up, I went back and they tried to screw me with the price on my new car. I wanted a white x5 4.8 with saddle leather. I told them Prestige BMW was giving me a better price, so I left, they called me as I was driving to Ramsey and told me that they would beat the price to keep me as a customer. I came back filled out the order for, cause they told me they had to get the truck as they did not have it in stock. I had a special rebate during that time that needed to be used by the end of the June. This was middle of May. I kept calling trying to see what the status of the truck was, and they just kept stalling me. Fast forward to end of June, they told me that they would honor the rebate, if it expired, cause of the wait. July 2nd they called me to pick up the truck, when I got there, they said that they could not honor the rebate and quoted me about more on the lease!!!! I was furious.... Called BMW NA and filled formal complaint with the dealer. BMW increased the rebate and recommended me to go to Paul Miller as they are the highest rated dealer in NJ. Called them on a Thursday, picked up my car an hour after their normal business hours on Saturday. They waited for me as I was very busy and could not make it any other time... Great service, I actually walked out with two cars that day...2009 X5 and a 2010 550!!!
