Is this a good deal for X5 35d?

I'm in the process of leasing an X5 diesel. Is this a good deal for the following options?

Alpine White
Tobacco Nevada Leather
Dark Bamboo Wood Trim
Premium Package
Technology Package
Sports Activity Package
Cold Weather Package
Active Ventilated Seat Package
Roof Rails
Running Boards

$57,675

What would my monthly payments look like? Any help would be appreciated.

I didnt think that Tobacco was available in the active/ventilated seat package. Maybe I am wrong there, but I would double check.

Need the following info to figure out monthly and if it's a good lease:

MSRP
purchase price
money factor
residual %
length of lease
sales tax % in your county
delivery charge
any cap cost reduction (do NOT put any money "down" on a lease to lower the monthly payment, you're wasting your money)

I am not looking to put any money down as I agree with you that it is a waste to put money down to lower monthly payments. See if you can calculate and tell me if this is a good deal with the numbers I posted above. Thanks for the help.
