275/40/20 on 20x11?

Hey everybody,

I want good all season tires that are good in the snow too and the Nokian WR G2 SUV's are the only ones with really good reviews. But only come in one 20" size. 275/40R20 XL 106V, RIM APPROVED: 9-11, RIM MEASURED: 9.5.

I'm thinking of getting 20" rims but the ones i want only come in staggered sizes: 20x10 for the front and 20x11 for the rear.

Even though the rim widths for the front and rear are within the accepted range for the tires, would there be any disadvantages of running a setup like this?

Appreciate everybody's input on this. Thanks!

Why dont you go with the pirelli Scorpion Ice and Snow. They make 315s!

I was looking to go the all season route with something a bit better in snow for my ski trips up during the winter.

is there any downsides to having tires that are abit streteched?

:iagree: I have 22x10 and I have 295/30/22 on them. 275 definitely will not 'fit like a glove' on a 11" rim. Get 22x10 all round and you should be all set.
