Problems with track your vehicle

For the past couple of days.... Ive been getting errors trying to track my vehicle.... anyone else experience this or its my mac?

BMW has to fix this tracking stuff...... Chrysler/jeep does a far better job with the tracking, real time and accurate data! Honestly, this feature is so useless...very unreliable and inaccurate.... so why even bother and try to wow and dazzle us with garbage info. Get it fixed or take it off the web sight.... and the fact is, its not gonna get the e70 in any faster. Anyway, rant off. :)

I have given up on it.
It is a shame it doesn't work better.
Have been using the 800 number but sometimes the reps don't have the info either.
Your order seems to enter the twilight zone and no one has the authority to determine it's actual status.
Especially true when it's in production but not being produced yet.

Doesn't make sense to me.

What surprises me is that it has been this way for years.

I picked mine up from the dealer over two weeks ago, and the web site says it is still in SC at the VPC.

years? really?.... that's effed up. Maybe there is a blond, manually inputting data instead of it being automated..... OK, no offense to you blonds. (just an expression) :)

I think that BMW made a big mistake in giving buyers access to this system. It's never right.

Mine was pretty accurate.
I don't think they update the status after it leaves their control (BMWUS). :dunno:

Mine was also accurate :dunno: It was about a day behind the 800# info, but still accurate.

It was pretty useless for me, I checked it frequently and it was never right.

Mine never shows correctly. Not even once I've seen roof rails in my options list, I mean whenever I had the list shown on website.

Website has been broken for a couple of days now. Adds to the element of surprise I guess!
