2009 X5 Bluetooth phone issues

I have an issue with the bluetooth phone in my 2009 X5 with technology package. I can hear people fine but everyone tells me that they can barely hear me when I am using the system. I have the bluetooth hooked up to my blackberry tour, any thoughts? Are there any settings?
