Production Week vs. Production Date?

Called the 800 number with my Production Number...got the "Scheduled for Production with no Production Date" message. So when my CA tells me our E70 is scheduled for Week 1 Production, is that what the "Scheduled for Production" part of the message means?

They are telling you the X5 is in their system scheduled to be built. Week 1 indicates when it will actually be built (but it could be sooner).

I just learned my week 50 is already being built (and may be done for all I know).

OK, thanks. My CA indicated that actual production could accelerate to December, and that if I want to modify my order, I need to do it ASAP.

It can start on any day of that week. For example mine 335i was scheduled for this week, but started production on Thursday...

Mine was scheduled for week 49 and it looks like it will be at the dealer Monday or Tuesday
