Elastic band in Cargo area
 

On the my 2010 35D cargo compartment, there is an elastic band on both sides of the cargo wall. I suppose this can be used to secure small items like a small umbrella. I'm wondering what you guys have found other ways of using this ?

It is useless - it is too "elasticy" and cannot be made tighter. I find most things get free after a few corners.

Perhaps a few spare bottles of urea would fit well there. :D

I'm afraid to use it for fear it will lose it's elasticity and sag.

I have washer fluid on one side and a first aid kit on the other.

i stored a few bottles of wine there last time i went to the liquor store :D

It secures a six-pack well if you are not racing into the corner...
But its mostly useless. I am thinking of ordering cargo net...

Can you use em to make a sling shot?....:dunno:
