4.8 ECU and Exhaust?

So I've been looking online all morning, is HAMANN the only Tuner that has designed software tuning for the 4.8 07'?

Anyone here done a tune for the 4.8 yet? I'm curious, I looked on Active but they don't offer any.

Who makes a good reliable, long lasting, throaty, and performance upgrade exhaust for the X5?
