Reserving an '11 x5?
 

My current lease on my 07 4.8 ends may 1st and I want to get into a tt v8 x5 at that time. Should I be putting a deposit down ahead of time or do you think I should wait until msrp information and such is out? When will this information be out? Can I put down a deposit on one of these without committing to a price or am I at the dealers mercy for wanting one of the early LCI's? How do you negotiate price over invoice before this information is available? I feel like they wont be flying off the lot in my area so I am not overly concerned but I do not want to be without a vehicle either. Also I forgot to mention I intend to order it to my specs as always. Thanks in advance for any insight!

I have put deposits before the car is actually released. Dealer calls me first when time comes to order and that's when you discuss price. Don't expect much discount if you want dealers first car upon release. That's where they make money. Don't like the price they can sell to others who will pay that price.
