Lost another bumper reflector

The left reflector on the rear bumper fell off today. I've already had the right one replaced. They had to have the body shop use glue to make the right one stay on. Has anyone else had one fall off?

yeah, one at the dealer had this issue. It just fell off, simple as that. (apparently)
