10 year Anniversary E70 available in USA?

I've done a search & even though there are specific threads on the special edition I do not see any authorative answer as to if they will be the sold in the US.:dunno:

I know that they are being built now... I'd love to have one, the interiors & the special wheels are awesome.;)

unfortunately they will not be from what I've read.

Nope. Even China is getting 500 of them. No M3 GTS and X5 40d for US as well.
In US we have BMWNA (where NA stands for Not Available) ;)
