Aftermarket 20s?
I've searched through the picture thread and did some searches, but the only 20's I've seen have been factory. Anyone with aftermarket 20s? Just trying to get an idea of how it looks. Thanks in advance

these are 22's, but come in 20" as well.

They dont make a 22" runflat correct? How is the ride with the 22" Classic IIs? I remembered seeing your X5 in the picture thread, it looks great on the Hartge wheels
|
Those 22s look awesome. i know i have seen them before but I forgot how well they suite the x. Nice choice I really like the cleanliness!

It's my business partners car ( I bought mine first, found all the Hartge gear and he bought it and put it on his as soon as it came in - i call that a mod-block!)..he did Hartge wheels, springs, links and exhaust..tires are Continentals (non RFT), pretty quiet (8k miles on it) and not much road noise.
The ride is pretty rough, he keeps the suspension out of sport mode to try and soften it up. We are both car nuts, and the lowered look is kinda like the running boards, it looks great, but a bit of a PITA. This from two guys that have owned Porsche's, Ferrari's, Maserati's and the odd Aston Martin..... |
See thats another thing, my M5 is lowered and I love that the X5 is a nice change with a smooth comfortable ride. I definitely dont want to sacrifice ride quality too much.

I have 20's, but let me tell you...they are not big enough :p:
If I get to do it over again, I'd go with 22's no doubt. |
