Off Axis... Not as good as regular bulb!... Why? COLOR BLUE is not a good color in day time for outter ring.

it's personal opinion. If a tint blue bulb satisfy you... Truth is that you have to see it in person. Camera makes you think its the same. I can tell you that any tint bulb can be told its a tint bulb. Your reflector will sell you out with blue reflection of the bulb at some angle. No matter how you tint the bulb.. its a tinted bulb.

LOL... at 100 feet away... at day time..... of course everything looks the same..

100 feet at dusk or night... defintely different...
