Up front sorry if this has been played around already. I have not been up on latest happenings on the forum.

Looks like a 2011 to me since its got the new bumper and taillights...

That's the X5 40d, which has the 3.0 liter diesel engine found on the 740d (in Europe). The engine has 300 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque! It's found on the 2011 European diesel X5, and not in the US yet because of US emission standards.:(
