I did not tint anything, I do not like those reflectors and I do not want my tail lights tinted.

Surely you had a microscope to your screen to see that?? I cant even see that in the other pictures. Only in the full frontal one.

Yes that's exactly what they are. BTW, those hooks can also be used to attach some BMW accessories like a bike rack,
