Exhaust was removed. All badges were new so were painted off car. Only way to do it. Professional did all work. I would never attempt. I just pay. Not sure as to steps to take for proper prep. Had everything done when I first got truck. Body shop did everything same time they painted and installed aerokit

Very clean. I also love that light as the backup camera is embarrassing in this thing, when it comes on at night some people are like...wholy shit is that like some kind of radar sensor lol....nope just a camera in the dark:rofl:

:iagree: Me too! I was thinking of doing something similar to ours, but haven't found the right light yet. You may have just solved that problem!

I think that to paint the tips, you should either sandblast or sand the chrome to help the primer/paint stick to it and also make Absolutely sure there isn't any grease or oils on it. That will cause fish eyes and need to be stripped and redone.
