3.0 vs 4.8 alignment difference?

Hi everyone,

I own a 2008 X5 3.0si, non performance package with 210 rims and tires. I recently change the rims and tires for a set of staggered 214 OEM wheels. This came from a 4.8 X5 with performance package.

Now the car is pulling slightly to the right and i want to have an alignment done by my local trusted indy shop. They have the HUNTER machine there. Now my understanding is that they scan my VIN to get the specs out of the computer, but since i have swap rims from a different version of X5, My question is:

Should I tell them to use the specs from a 4.8? even though I have the 3.0 version. Are the alignment specs different from both versions? Does it really matter?

Thanks for your expertise.

PS: I have search before posting.

use the specs for your 3.0, i dont think you car has the 4.8i suspension springs/shocks, or rear air, if you do have it, then use the 4.8i suspension spec. the hunter allows you to choose the following options

Wheel Size
Series/Sports/M-Technic/RoughRoad/Protection/Active Steering

so tell them to use your factory settings.
