cargo space?

Hi I was wondering if anyone has moved a queen mattress in the back of the e70 X5? I don't have the roof rails so I'm iffy on strapping it to the roof of the vehicle. With the rear seats folded down does anyone know if a queen size mattress will fit?

Roof rails or not, it WILL scratch the paint on top if you flopped it on.

The mattress will not fit inside without folding.

i never got notifications of your replies. anyways, the mattress is one of those memory foam ones. they are stuffed into a box that will fit in the rear area without folding the rear seats. :D thanks for the replies
