nope we didnt get a valet key either..

but they did throw in alot of freebies and discounted items..

ipod cable - free
suitcase - free
umbrella - free

roof racks - less than half price (we negotiated with them like crazy and they gave in because we just bought the car)

I have one of those valet keys but I have yet to use the thing. Also received mats a key chain and a coffee travel mug whoohoo lol all for only a thousand dollars a month what a deal!

I thought the valet key was in the fob? You can pull off the top and a key comes out. I think you lock the glove box or the under trunk storage, keep the key and give the fob to the valet.

Am I mistaken?

2011 x5 35d

two bmw keychains....
carpet floormats (dunno if thats standard)
all weather bmw floormats (free after some haggling pre-purchase)
no valet key (i have comfort access)
a licenseplate holder that advertises for the dealership (i left it on for now because i think they gave me a fair deal)
and 8 miles on my new car which was ordered (should have been less than 1, i think they let someone test drive it)

2008... received 2 comfort access key fobs, no valet key as people said that was gone after '07.

Also floor mats and an X5 keychain, along with the flashlight in the glove compartment. I did pay $2300 for the aero kit installed so maybe they were being nice to me. :dunno:

Thank you all for the info on the non-existing third key for 2011 with comfort access. I didn't care much about the nice to have freebies but did worry about missing a key.

Complimentary carpet floor mats, complimentary OE wheel locks, 2 nice key rings, the BMW Accessory top up oil kit (oil, funnel, gloves, case), full fuel, and with some vehicles, my selection of an item from the gift case (I picked a die-cast Z4 model when I bought that car).
