Spacers and lowering springs=alignment needed?

Read a lot of threads on lowering and spacers. Only found one that mentioned the need for wheel alignment after spacers were installed.

Those who have lowered or added spacers or both....did you get an alignment done after?

Would a wheel alignment be necessary for both mods or only if adding spacers?

Yes! Get an alignment for sure after lowering. I made this mistake twice now - lowered a car, felt the ride was fine and didn't need an alignment. 500 miles later my rear tires were bald. It was a couple of $400 mistakes I won't make again :D

Lowering does directly affect the alignment angles and would require alignment while the only specs affected by the spacers are non adjustable anyways.

Good to know! I'll make sure I get an alignment done right after I get the new springs. Thanks.
