sorry for posting another reply in a row, but I think these are eissenmen exhausts?

I thought the exhaust tips would be a good idea after seeing them on here, but after having them I regret switching them. It's a 3.0, so I'm just going to get the 4.8 tips this time.

The current tips are Magnaflow the problem is they stick out a little too far, because the inside of the tips you can't cut down to sit further back. The other problem is that they are too wide everything time I make a turn I hear this rubbing noise its from the inside of the tips rubbing on the heat shield. The other one's I've found that are this style are for the porsche carrera, which fit perfect. However, they are just way overpriced at $500 id rather spend $320 for OEM BMW tips.

I think you'll be happier with the OEM oval tips. The quads you have look odd.
