Advice on cleaning perforated leather comfort seats
I have a lot of dirt on the small holes of my perforated seats. how do you remove them and what leather cleaner would you recommend. The color of the leather is black. Thanks

Swissvax leathercleaner. I bought it over here in a package including a special brush that gets all the dirt out perfectly!

I have leatherique that I use for my m3 but I'm not sure if I can use this for perforated leather. Anybody here hadexperience using leathrique on perforated leather. Thanks

This is the problem with perforated leather. You will always get dirt into the pores, it is a physical impossibly to keep it 100% clean. No matter what cleaning agent you use, some will always travel INTO the holes
Vacuum as much as you can, soft brush to loosen it up, revac... then pick any leather cleaner, use water and judgment to figure out how best to flush the debris. I use lexol on all my leather seats. |
I've noticed that a lot of stuff gets stuck in the holes of the perforated leather. I just use a small safety pin and push it into the seat so that the holes look clean.
I got chocolate stuck in there once and dabbed a bit of leather cleaner on the pin. Got it out that way. |
Vacuum at low setting may be useful.
