I put the same fender flares on my 2011 35d about a month ago. Here is the tread I posted for it.

I bought mine from getbmwparts.com costing about $380 plus the same rivet gun that DaRipper used, which I bought from amazon.com.
On getbmwparts.com seach for part #51770421056 and it included everything you will need except the rivet gun.

The install is easy and takes about 2 hrs. Check some old threads on installing them. The hardest part was removing the old rivets, but there are some trick in the old threads.

Thanks all, I provided the dealer with the part number and the suddenly "found" it. Anyway, ordered and should be here soon...now which rims.

BTW, the X5 arrived and was delivered yesterday. So awesome.
