Is there an email address for BMW NA Customer Service?

Call them up, you'll get more response.

From my experience, your best bet is to call and speak with a low-level handler. They will assign you a case number. From there, you can get their email addresses, and if they do not attend to your needs properly, you can request to speak to their supervisor, and then if needed, the floor supervisor (all of which should give you their email addresses for correspondence.)

I agree with KYZRSOSE. I've always had good experiences with BMW Customer Service.

FWIW, the words "good experiences" never appeared in my original post. I was merely explaining the best route of communication :banghead:.

Now, whether he gets anywhere with them is pure luck of draw.

They've trawled these forums in the past, but I've found them to be less than helpful when I've had issues.
