Performance steering wheel for X6?
 

Hey guys, I am planning on ordering an X5 50i come September (finally decided X5M doesn't make much financial sense...:dunno:) and don't really want to get the M package, but love the M wheel so I have been researching alternatives.

Per the nice gentlemen at Tischer (getbmwparts.com) the X5M HEATED wheel is not available to order at the this time (Part number 32306797912).

There is a bmw performance steering wheel listed for the X6 50i (PN 32 30 2 166 620) which might fit, but who knows. Wheel:

Has anyone here seen or tried the performance wheel? It looks very nice. Alcantara, flat bottom but no heating function. Priced at $825 retail, $660 at getbmwparts.com which is a little better...
