REMAPING/chip tuning

Has anyone REMAPED or chip tuned their x5's?
I have heard some great reviews about it on other BMW's.
It adds 20-30hp,better acceleration and better fuel economy.

did it on my 4.8i and got 35hp gain (at least they guy says so).
was driving today before another 4.8 on the highway and was pulling away only after 160 kmh

You earn power only in higher speeds and going uphill, but not that much.
Fuel went from 18L/100kms to 16.8L/100kms.
