Got my production number but I can't see the options or date of build help please!!
 

Hi everyone I'm new here I ordered my x5 50i m package 3 weeks ago and I just got my production number but I can't track it on bmwusa site how can I track it and know the production week and the options I installed ?
And on the site it says black sapphire and I ordered white and then changed it to carbon black is that possible that they made a mistake on the site or a build mistake please help!!!

On-line tracking is way behind - status, options, etc - this is a known and well-discussed topic ;)

thanks. I found the car on bmwusa site all the options there but the exterior and interior colors are not correct on the site!! any ideas? and I cant find the production week where can I find it?
one more question do you get the 6 cd changer with the premium sound package on the xdrive50i?

If you're savvy enough to double post everything on both here and bimmerfest, save yourself some time and use the search function.

^^ In all fairness, I don't think both sites have all the same users. I know I've found helpful tips on one and not the other.

In any event, to OP -- I left a response on the other site :)

I could see if you don't get a response after a day or two to try the other one, but to post to two threads simultaneously? Relax, we'll get it taken care of.

Check with your salesperson...he can have a better timeline on it. When i purchased mine...the dealer used up an existing slot (maybe a buyer backed out) So for a couple weeks, the bmwusa site with my prod number showed a diff. color with my specs...but it worked out in the end.
