Most of these aren't going to be any better than $15 GP Thunders except for Lux. Notice that all their pictures are in a dark parking garage - of course they look great there. Ask for daytime outdoor pictures.

I bit the bullet and ordered the Lux. They are definitely bright!

Thanks for the feedback.

I'm not trying to illuminate the whole town with my angeleyes - (that's what the headlights and HID fogs are for).

But it would be nice to have something that is visable during the day and that lites both inner and outer ring somewhat evenly. The GP Thunders are okay if not underwhelming.

Not only are they not vert visable during the day, but they are a rip at $169 - everyone sells these same LED's, they all come from the same place and you can get them for under $100 all over the place - $169 is a rip and they should really be $20!

I wouldn't say they aren't visible during the day. The are not as obvious as the OEM just because of the colour themselves.

I took this shot this morning, but unfortunately it was a typical foggy day in San Francisco. If the weather improves in the next few days I'll post an update.

HOiYA the lux look good - the outer ring is plenty solid.
