How to Reset TPM...
Here is a site I ran accross that resets all BMW Tire Pressure Monitors. Since this seems to be a recurring problem i looked for a solution in addressing this.

if you have iDrive go to Information > vehicle and tires, on the top menu you will see TPM once you in there click on reset and if all your tire pressures are good it will be green.
*In the article you referenced in the second paragraph it says "If you are to take one thing away from this article, it is this: The owner’s manual has all of the TPMS reset procedures for that specific vehicle." |
once you hit reset, move the vehicle, otherwise it won't go green.. I made that mistake once... sat there for 5+ minutes.

On my 535, you could reset the TPMS on your idrive and drive the car for at least a minute. Although mine would reset in a few seconds.

you must drive for a short time.
