... and no remote closing of windows/sunroof in the US, "caution HOT" label on coffee cups, ridiculous warning labels on every product bought. (just google search ridiculous warning labels, there's plenty of them)

Don't forget the iDrive/sat nav welcome screens, if you can call legal language a "welcome".

It would be very amusing if there was an option "Not Accept" next to the Accept button. In that case, the iDrive system would completely shut down and be locked out until the next restart.

And then there's the key chime, seat belt chime, airbag stickers, sunvisor warning labels, etc...Basically every time we operate a vehicle, we will definitely be killed or seriously injured.
