Using iDrive.. But I believe they introduced this on September 2011 builds..

I stream audio through bluetooth on my jailbroken iphone 4. All I need to do is download Bluetooth Mono.

you dont need to be jailbroken on the new iDrive...

Wow, I bet the sound quality is grim if you are using the regular bluetooth phone connection. A2DP (audio streaming) is designed to accommodate "high quality" audio. I use the term loosely, because its not that good, but good enough for most people in mobile applications.
