Mounted 19" 334's to replace 20" 336's for winter. Pic's below, not the greatest quality but iPhone was all I had at the time.

At the risk of some serious flaming, my 'winter' tire is a Michelin Latitude Tour HP ZP, the stock BMW 19" tire. I will say that I noticed a big different in ride quality, much softer with the 19's. Not 'soft' but definately softer than the bigger rubber.

I don't need a full snow tire (as I look out at 9 inches of snow on my lawn!) but 95% of the time the roads are clear. In regards to cold, I've never had a problem in my area with 'no' seasons regardless of the temperature. When they aren't I don't usually bother going out, it's not worth the risk snow tires or not. If I really have to go, the all seasons will get me through. This way when we get a week of 70 degree weather in March

Don't get me wrong, I understand why people get snow tires, I made a personal decision that I didn't need them. It wasn't a matter of cost, another set of wheels and tires isn't cheap and I'm happy with my choice.

The other reason I went with this tire is that it's BMW approved and covered under their wheel and tire warranty (hence the ZP versus a non-run flat; I do have a spare).

Full pics of the M... That might traumatize me, I recently moved back to Michigan from AZ and now it's basically 'in storage' on the trickle charger. It doesn't move other than to move the tires around a little now and then to avoid flat spots. It won't see the light of day until April or May (it's a vert).
