Lease Fees/Signing Questions
 

Hi guys,

Are any of these negotiable? I know the govt fee is not. Here are my stated fees:

Acq Fee 875.00
Doc Fee 349.00
Sec Deposit 850.00
Govt Fees 580.00
Total: 2654

Also, here is my breakdown:

Above + First PMT of 814: 3468

However, the "first initial payment" from BMW is 265.00 more than my calculated total above. What fee am I missing? The selling price already includes MACO and Training.

Is there anything else to be aware of / to look out for at lease signing? Are they going to try to sell us anything we do not need?
