Album Cover Art works on my '11 35d using iPhone/iPod
Very cool! My car does not need the Y adapter like my '10 750 did, just the standard, white Apple USB cable (the one used to sync iPhone and do updates).

Please stop, you're making us 2011 x5 (pre mod) builds jealous...!
Looks great, I want it! (argh) |
how do you get the album art to show up? i have it on my ipod but it does not show up in the screen in the car? Is there a setting to turn it on and if so where do i find it. My x5 only has 600 miles and i have not had it for 30 days and I ordered it so I got it the day after delivered from factory.

I just plug my iPhone into the USB port in the center glove box, click on settings, multimedia, external devices...Select artists for my playlist, start play...and album art comes up. LOVE it! |
Very cool!!
My December build is due any minute -- I can't wait any more!! :yikes: |
I'm going to try this when I get home. If it doesn't work on mine I'm going to punch you in your face !!! :p:
