New to BMW & Just Bought 2011 X5 iDrive35i
 

After looking for a new SUV, I decided to get the X5 and I am so glad I did. I set out wanting a Mercedes GL and also looked at the ML, Porsche Cayenne and Audi Q7, and never really considered the BMW until last week. I figured I should give it a glance even though I never cared for BMW in general. Turns out, the more I researched, the more I liked both the make and model, and the test drive sealed it for me. We planned to order the 35i Sport Activity but the dealer got the colors/options just like we wanted in a Premium right before we came in to place our order, so we bought that, at a discount. I'm thrilled and loving The Ultimate Driving Machine.

Congrats,I actually really like that color combo. What color is the trim? Hard to tell from the picture

Thanks! I really wanted the 20" 214 but the dealer gave us enough money off this one for me to buy them, so I will probably do that soon.

Kloogy, what have you done to your Mustang? I have a 2001 GT Convertible (auto) with about 850 hp. :)

Putting down about half of what yours is. But it has full maximum Motorsports suspension, Brembo Brake Kit and other goodies

That's cool. I love the MM stuff, I have it on mine too, but I went Baer for the brakes. I have Brembo on my SRT 300C and husband's SRT Charger and they are sweet.
