A seller on E90post sells these tips for 335's. I took measurements and I'm pretty sure they will fit the X5 35's. I like the Black chrome and Titanium Blazed ones. I'll let you guys know what I find out. Anyone interested ?

Not bad, how much?

He only gave me a price on the Titanium ones $145

Very cool -- I like the ones with the blue, heat edged tips. I'm be interested depending on price.

They look, to me at least, what my '11 35d came with...stock. I like them though a lot!

If you get the regular ones, they look just like the stock ones. If you get the black chrome or blazed titanium ones, you would have a different look.

i don't think the oem tip come off easy. they are welded! it has to be cut the oem tip and small section off than use muffler clamp to but the new one on. correct me if i am wrong!

Of course it has to be cut off. I haven't seen too many factory exhausts that come clamped together.

I like them. Are they the same diameter as the stock tips? I would like something slightly larger than stock. The rear bumper seems to have some extra room for it.

Edit: Just answered my own question. Looks like they are 3.7" for the titanium, 3.8 for the chrome, and 4.0 for the black chrome. There is also a 3.8 in brushed stainless on the e90 forum.

The stock tips are about 3.375" diameter, if I just measured correctly in the dark.
