Key profile and sirius radio
 

My free year of Sirius radio expired the other day before I had a chance to renew it. After renewing from my office I had it activated on my drive home and it works fine on with my key and personal profile. The next day my wife goes out in the car and NO Sirius I called them up (twice) and they can't get it to activate with my wife's key while mine still works fine. They say it's the key but since it's worked for a year I find it hard to believe. Any suggestions?
